[Resolved] Kotak Mahindra Bank — worst banking service | |||||
Opening my salary account with kotak is something that i regret forever. The kit they gave me when i opened the account including my debit card, banking pins and cheque book is invalid and not related to my account. I don't know how can someone be so blind in serving the customers. I have received my salary of 31000 and they automatically deducted 18000 from the account for no reason. They say i have a credit card bill wherein i don't even have a credit card. And they keep on deducting amount from my account and are not even helping me to close my account. I can't believe that people and process of such a reputed bank can be so stupid. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Arbitration Reference notice from Kotak bank dated 17.03.2018 has sent to me on 24.03.2018. This is complete harassment from your bank. How to escalate this issue?

Dear, I have a Kotak credit card and I have paid 13400 on the date of 27.03.2018. Till the amount is not credited in my Card. Please help me about my situation what I am facing.
