Kotak Mahindra Bank — wrong information provided while selling credit card | |||
My wife got a call from number [protected], which was a Kotak Number and a credit card was sold to her. She was told that the card has insurance of 5 lacs complimentary but later even before the credit card got delivered, she was charged 1399 on the card without her consent. Wrong information was given to her. This is a complete Fraud case and Kotak executives give wrong information while selling credit card.
