I would like to bring your kind attention toward a wrong entry by kotak bank in my cibil report. The account number shown in cibil report is (C1xxxx0684) (Personal loan). I raised a dispute over wrong entry of this account and cibil informed me to contact kotak bank in this regard. I therefore request you to kindly validate this account and delete concerned entries from my cibil account.

Sir,
I want to open a saving account through your 811 kotak app. I wil fixed my appointment for KYC on 7 feb 2019. Your executive call me and told that he will come in around 15 minutes and i wait for 1 hour but he is not coming.
That guy is total inresponsible.
