Kotak Mahindra bank has been trying to reach a person named Tulsi Narayanan who has apparently changed his number 15 years ago and I have been the user of this number after he has changed his number and I understand he was from a different state from the banks calls. The bank doesn't understand they are reaching the wrong user for 15 years and are shameless in torturing a woman who doesn't know who the hell he is and what he has to do with this bank. They keep the number in their database and make different people to torture me. I can never understand how bad their work and service is with this experience. The person who called me right now is +91 [protected] among many others.
