Kotak Mahindra Bank — Zero account not activated

Dear concern,

I paid Rs.5, 000 on[protected] for opening of new Zero balance account.

Tracking ID: JS02396987

Its almost 15 days, till now account not activated and did not receive any update from your bank personal.

Kindly do needful for account activation or Refund the paid amount at earliest. your bank doesn't have a Email ID & There is no web link to check application status. I am not at all satisfied with your bank service.
