[Resolved] Kotak Securities — Pathetic service from call and trade team

I had called call and trade team on 07th august 2020 for enquiring about my trades. This champ mr. Mohammed sheikh, mis guided and i was about to make loss on my trades.
Further, rather than apologizing his fault he started arguing when i asked him about my mf investment.
Poor service.
I havent got answer for queries.
