Kotak Securities — query id: 1524929- failure to apply for buyback offer despite covered in services and continuous follow up for 16 days

On august 14th, i checked with customer care whether they file buyback offers for their demat (Trinity a/c holders) they said yes and gave me the details they need to file the same. I provided the details and they promised they will file the same soon.

Since then, i have been following up with kotak to file this single buyback offer and tomorrow is last date and i am shocked that they haven't filed it yet for no apparent reason. All i get back as reply is we are processing! Tomorrow is last date and seeing the attitude, i am now confident kotak wont file it and i have to bear losses for you incapability to service the clients as promised despite the fees they take. Complete details under query id: 15249292. I have been customer since 3 years and this is the first time i asked kotak services, and i am totally shocked!! How could you show such irresponsibility?!
