Kpn Travels — Parcel service SLA of 24 hrs commitment by KPN is breached.

Have booked the parcel on Monday 21st Dec 2020 from chennai to Madurai. I paid 2000 rps for the parcel but I received the bill for 1496. They didnot issue bill for the whole amount which is a big fraud by first place. And also informed that for any damages in the parcel company will not held responsible. The main issue is even after 5 days they have not dispatched the parcel from chennai itself. When asked about the details no ownership from KPN customer care[protected] and[protected]. Customer care center behaves like customer worry center. They gave a mobile number to check the status which is in switched off state. Chennai Booking office says it is sent from their office and stuck in their distribution center. Who is responsible for our parcels...? To whom should we check to track the parcels? No online tracking also available. For a 50 rps parcel itself companies like Professional courier are updating the status online stage by stage. Very troublesome for a middle class people like us to fight with big giants like KPN. This is really a pathetic service and a lifetime awkward experience of mine. People who read this pls donot book your parcels in such a cheap services and try to use our Indian railways to do such bookings they deliver the same day to the destination railway station and you will have piece of mind. This is my last booking at KPN either a parcel or a bus ticket. Pls take some action to save innocent people like us by issuing ban on such companies and regulate the SLAs of the transport companies. I am unaware of the next steps raising this complaint and not sure if action will be taken or money will do it’s duty.
