Dear KreditBee,

I am writing to inform you that one of your agents
[protected] has been calling my family and friends and arguing with them about my financial situation. I understand that you may be trying to collect a debt, but this behavior is unacceptable and must stop immediately.

The agent has been making inappropriate statements about my character and has implied that I have not been taught any financial responsibility. This is untrue and uncalled for.

I want to assure you that I fully intend to pay the outstanding amount, and I have communicated this to your agent. I have requested that the penalty be added to my next EMI as per the terms and conditions of the loan agreement.

I urge you to instruct your agent to stop contacting my family and friends and to conduct any further communication with me directly. I trust that you will take swift action to resolve this matter and prevent any further harassment.

I highly regret the day when visited the KreditBee website and to this day I have been unable to stop getting these sms/calls. This has been very frustrating. Please stop this. Delete my number from your data base.

I am receving a spam calls from krditbee continuously.. request you to please stop that to my mobile.

Stop calling for personal loan on my number [protected]

I keep getting calls on my phone number [protected] and [protected] saying i have a pre-approved loan. I DO NOT WANT ANY LOANS!!! STOP CALLING ME!!!

I am getting one phone call and two messages from the company every day without fail during working hours that some loan has been approved in my name of amount so and so. I have never applied for such loan neither I have downloaded their apps. In the SMS, they send a link to avail the loan. On phone calls they play a recorded message which has the option only to avail and not to speak to any official.

These calls during work hours are extremely annoying and cause a great disturbance.

I have an active loan at kreditbee, which was due on February 6th. i.e, yesterday. I recieved a call from one of the employees from kreditbee named Vishnu bearing employee ID-112025 verbally harassed me & my family members using vulgar slangs in Kannada language, as well as threatening to physically assault me by saying "I know your address". This is the 2nd time it has happened in as many months, they are getting away with it too many times. Please help.

I have not missed any emi of my personal loan taken from Kreditbee but in my credit score, it shows one late payment and this decreased my Crif score very badly. I contacted Kreditbee to fix this issue but there is no working customer care number for this company. I want to fix this issue and get my Crif score back.
