    I have availed easy loan of rs.3500 which i failed to pay in time got delayed for 3days, i have no issues in making payment since i was outstation i got delayed, now they are harrasing me and sending msgs saying they will call my friends and relatives for not paying the dues of just 3500/-, i was willing to pay as i have taken loans in some comapny and repaid it many times, now i am getting calls and they are using bad words and threatening then will catch recover there money is this the way a company behave with a customer that too for 3500, pls take necessary action on this and update pls, there contact numbers are - [protected], [protected], [protected], and i have attached the message proof aswell

      Dear sir/mam,
      I have try to get a cash loan from kreditbee but my loan is not approved due to some bank error but kreditbee offer me flipkart and makemytrip gift voucher and i not done full process but my makemytrip voucher is approved of 5000rs. Then i have try to use this but this is not working. And kreditbee cheat with me. My loan i'd is-kb190920qtuwi so i requesting you to kindly cancel my card because my installment due date is show 21 of oct 2019. So kindly focus on my case immediately and cancel my loan. Because this is not working so why i will pay installments. All screen short is attached. And i have sent mail to kreditbee on daily basis but i not getting any result.

        On[protected] i transferd the ammount of 4118 towards imps, reference number[protected] from my kotak mahendra bank, but this company is telling that they did not recived the ammount and neglect to give statement,
        Please resolve the issue and refund the ammount, i reched bank also to refund the ammount if it was detcted my account furter they need loan statement.

          I have taken loan from kredit bee more than 20 times but now i made payment 15 days early of last emi now it's showing that you can re apply after 6 months what we are looking like to kreditbee staff and team if you can provide loan always i was approved suddenly try after six months in the sense what's the meaning and is your company dignified???

            In my cibil score showing rs. 3552 overdue, which is making me difficult to finance (Acccount no - kb190327dmqxx).
            I have complaint the online page of compliant kreditbee on 17/09/2019, whose ticket number is 257965,
            There is no solution for this yet!
            So i humbly request you to remove the overdue amount from my cibil score immediately!

              loan relating issue

              Hi,
              I applied for a loan of 4000 rupees in kredit bee on 16th september 2019, then they approved it and in the app it is showing disbursed but it is not credited in my bank account. They also mentioned in app repayment date (17thoctober).
              Regarding this issue i mailed to them many times, but they are not replaying.
              Even the contact number given in app is also not working.

              Kreditbee — unable to repayment

              While i'm trying to repayment on[protected] with kreditbee app its not working otherwise it's going over duo over duo, how can i repayment. When i click the repay of that option its nothing happens. Then how van i repay to them. They calling me massages me it's harassing me. I'm said them with i cannot repay the option is not working, also send the email with screen shot they didn't reply and they don't call me for help not support team. When i call the customer support number it tells always busy busy.

              Kindly help me soon. The over duo going hill stage 40 days now. I'm angry and disappointed.

              They side the problem with stupid app. But they said we issue court come blaaw blaaw blaaw, why the people killing like this.

                I have many complaints to kreditbee but he will be not respons he will not refund my money.

                I have paid loan amount of 30 august on google pay payment go in pending but after two days he will successful. And i will two time money paid against this loan but he will ask money not receive so please help me and solve my problem

                  I applied for a loan of 12000 rupees in Kredit bee on 2nd September 2019, then they approved it and in the app it is showing disbursed but it is not credited in my bank account. They also mentioned in app repayment date (3rd October).
                  Regarding this issue I mailed to them many times, but they are not replaying.

                      I've been using kreditbee since 5months. I've had loans and repaid all at the given interval of time and boosted my credit. I've now requested for the amount of Rs.5000. Everything was alright and the approval has been done on the date of application i.e. On 26/08/2019, there is been no any response regarding the disbursement of the money even on mailing to help centre of kreditbee i.e. [protected]@kreditbee.in . I've got a reply named ticket received and our representative will contact you. But the representative has not called me and in the next mail it is written that your ticket is closed since your problem is resolved. I've been mailed almost for 10 times and pleasing them in all of the mails. I'm very eagerly waiting for the money but they're reckless and I've been spending my time from two days on Kreditbee by checking out whether the money has got disbursed into my account but not yet received 😑😑😑

                          I had applied for a loan on kreditbee 2 days ago. It was approved and showing in disbursed state in the app but the amount hasn't yet reflected in my account. Neither their customer care is responsive, neither their e-mail is responsive. No complaints are taken. I had taken loans from the same in the past and have repayed way before time. Can an explanation be given as the amount reflects disbursed and not reflecting in account.

                              loan closed but account blocked

                              Only 14 days late i did payment that also due to my father's sudden death on 3rd august and i was buzy and very shattered.
                              I adjusted and paid the due amount with advance of 2 months and after that they blocked my account and didn't allow me to relogin again. This is pathetic and only once i have done this, but all the past payments i did was fully advance they never called me. For. Reminder....

                              Since i have installed kreditbee app my bank account details has been rejected for three times. I have tried with three different accounts, not even one is accepted. After three attempts it has stopped completely accepting account details, saying that limits has exceeded. And now when i enter the new account details it again says exceeded limits.
                              So please i kindly request you to accept my account details so that i can borrow loan.

                                Hi I'm k.Himaja I have taken loan in kreditbee and the due date is 22 aug 2019 I have payed it today but in app its showing the payment is still on going I have payed it via phone pay app and the transaction is successful I can provide you with the details of the transaction before loan amount has been payed and unlocked this level but this is not getting it shows payment ongoing pls help me with this.

                                  I have transferd rs.8237 to finnovation tech which has been provided by kredit bee app in repay option i have a transaction message my amount has been deducted from my bank account but there is no update on my payment issue i call many times to kredit bee customer care number but its always busy i don't know what is the issue but i want to know the update on this previously i have used same bank transfer it was done successfully but i don't know why this thing came up now and my getting continuous messages to repay the amount which i have done already.

                                    I took Loan of 5000 from Kredit bee they gave me 4400 and I am unable to pay the amount due to financial burden and their legal department are continuously threatening me in my whatsapp number and by calling me they are charging penalty for each and every hour then also they are threatening there was nothing mentioned in the terms and conditions that if customer will delay the repayment they will charge the penalty as well as threaten them...
