I have transferd rs.8237 to finnovation tech which has been provided by kredit bee app in repay option i have a transaction message my amount has been deducted from my bank account but there is no update on my payment issue i call many times to kredit bee customer care number but its always busy i don't know what is the issue but i want to know the update on this previously i have used same bank transfer it was done successfully but i don't know why this thing came up now and my getting continuous messages to repay the amount which i have done already.

Let me know how i can get my issue resolved...

I took Loan of 5000 from Kredit bee they gave me 4400 and I am unable to pay the amount due to financial burden and their legal department are continuously threatening me in my whatsapp number and by calling me they are charging penalty for each and every hour then also they are threatening there was nothing mentioned in the terms and conditions that if customer will delay the repayment they will charge the penalty as well as threaten them...

I recived loan from this aap and refunded after 15 days.
But the loan amount is also required on this app,
2344 rs is paid from my bank acc.
So plz help me sir my loan is cler about my repament, either i will lost my credit score

I was get the loan of 5000rs and i'm not able to pay the amount on time then they was access my phone and get my contacts and now threatening me to the pay amount of 15000rs otherwise they send the person to my home and threatening to my mother and father
When they calling me customer representative abusively talk with me
They charge me 36% intereste rate for one month loan
They are fake people...

I have taken 2295 short term loan from kredit bee on 1th july for 15 days. After that i repayment that amount on 15th july. When i paid that amount i got confirmation from msg & mail but app is not showing that payment. I talk with kredit bee customer care & mailed him but since 11 days no body response me. Regular i got call from kredit bee team and after that same word repeated that as soon as possible i short out this...

I had take a loan from kredit bee i make a payment of first emi of Rs. 4178 and it's deduct from my bank acount but it's not showing it in the app it's not updating? tried to contact them through customer service number and through mail also contacted one of their whatsaap no. i.e. [protected] bt he is also not giving proper response

Hi i am sabarinath i have take the loan from kreditbee 12000/- on 17/06/2017 and the time period of 3 months my repayment date should be on 17/07/2017 and they are asking to pay the loan on 06/07/2019 and they asked me to pay 500 regarding this i have sent a mail to them but there is no response from them they are collecting the intrest for 3o days

Hii i was actually paying my EMI through Google pay with UPI and i got this india ideas request through GOOGLE PAY so i thought it was requested by kreditbee and i have made the payment and the amount is been debited from my account and the payment is not done to kreditbee i.e 5386.80 requesting you to please refund my money as soon as possible since i need to make the payment to the concern company before the due to and expecting the refund on priority

I took a loan of 8000 last month on 21 may 2019 and i had to make payment on 20th of this month but due to my financial condition i was not able to make repayment and they are calling me every single day from early morning to evening and had a word with three of their employees that i will make repayment with extra fine charge they are taking within few days but they are keep sending me messages and calls. And today sent me a text stating that they will take legal action and will block my pan card and adharcard and will took 15000 extra charge after dragging to me court.. It is harassment.. Kindly help me out

I have taken a personal loan from kreditbee. I have tried to contact them via however haven't received any reply. It is more than 15 days now though they promise to reply within 24-48 hours. The email that i have sent them was -

I'm trying to repay my loan amount. However when i'm trying to do a imps fund transfer, it is asking for account type. Please confirm what should be the account type. I have mailed you earlier too but no reply. What is this?

I have taken a loan of rs 1624 from kreditbee app. I have paid the bill but still they are continously calling me and saying the payment is overdue by rs 30 at last they are saying ignore if paid. They are sending sms too. But after doing this thing they directly messaged me that "despite several reminders, re-payment of rs 1744 is still not received and it is over-due by 9 days. Request you to make the due payment immediately, failing which your credit history will be impacted and we will be forced to initiate legal action against you". I thought maybe the payment is not received that's why again i paid the bill through debit card but now they are saying the repayment has failed and it will be automatically credited within 7 days into my bank account. I am very disappointed by this kreditbee. By paying the bill several times they will take legal action against me. I really don't know what to do know.

Hi i have paid my loan with in deadline through paytm upi and payment was sucessfully processed but kredit bee showing pyment failure..but money is deducted from my acc..how can i pay again i dont have money..penaltu charges increasin and my civil is getting impactec as well..pls help me someone.

Sir i payment june month installment but they told me i have not done this month payment. They disturb me and harassed me again an again. Every 5 minutes letter they call me and harassed me.I request to you that band this company and put him to jail for 15 years. Thank you and please see this issue. I completed my installment every months but they deny that. Please take a some strong action.

While i'm trying to repayment with kreditbee app its not working otherwise it's going over duo over duo, how can i repayment. When i click the repay of that option its nothing happens. Then how van i repay to them. They calling me massages me it's harassing me. I'm said them with i cannot repay the option is not working, also send the email with screen shot they didn't reply and they don't call me for help not support team. When i call the customer support number it tells always busy busy.

Kindly help me soon. The over duo going hill stage 40 days now. I'm angry and disappointed.

They side the problem with stupid app. But they said we issue court come blaaw blaaw blaaw, why the people killing like this.

I am kreditbee customer, my last loan repayment date 05/06/2019, Same date i am clearly payment my all loan.and same date i am apply my next offer loan.and process my loan.and my loan is approved but did not disbursed the amount credited my account why? Have already communicated in past and already removed user details from website of kredit bee however once in a while UCC in the form of call or text is being received which is found annoying most of the time.

Would like to suggest kreditbee to remove my credentials from their records for any promotional or marketing activity and confirm here.

Iam using kreditbee 10 month every month will. Take LOAN 3500 after taking huge amount of processing fee they will credit 3100 this month I have missed my due date bcoz I lost my job I said with in 31st will clear collection agent called me and stared using bad words abt my parents not allowed to speak me single word they telling me to begg in signals iam paying intrest to u ppl u are begging with me how the ### uppl....

I have alredy made the payment of loan amount which i hve taken but too i am getting regular recorded calls for repayment of the amount when i triwd calling help desk the number is not getting connected and i got a call from one of executive name rahul he is so un professional on call when i shared the details through mail to him he says send me to whatsapp and all i shared it to his mail id and to help desk of kredit bee but there is no response from there end.after the payemnt also day by day the payemnt amount is increasing

On may 2nd throughh google pay and amount will be debited from my account but it shows still processing. And amount will take 3-5 business day. And the due date is may 4
Can u please wait for that day..in case amount will return to my account i will repay ur loan amount immediately.. Please don't pay fine for that.

I made a payment of my personal loan of Kreditbee.It had made payment on india [protected]@icici.But it had failed.Money is also deducted from my account but it is not refunded by [protected]@icici.
Please refund it.I am in trouble of economical problems in my life today.
Plese redund it.
