This is to inform you that, i had taken rs. 1500/- as short term loan from kredit bee on 24th august for 15 days. The payment due date was 8/09/2018 but i have already paid it on 05/08/2018. After payment the total outstanding amount i got a confirmation massage & confirmation mail from kredit bee that payment has been made by me successfully but the app is not showing that updated figure and it is still showing due and also overdue for 3 days. I talked with kredit bee customer care repeatedly since last 5 days and they assuring me it will be updated within the day end on everyday. But nobody updating this. So please look at this matter. It's harassing me.

    My name is priya ghosh from kolkata, my money was deducted without my permission by tech solut new delhi throughout a kreditbee application, othpg[protected]finnovation. It is done by kreditbee which is fraud online application. Kreditbee was take my money without my permission. Please it is my request help me to get back my money. I am in a bad condition due to financial problem. Please it is my humble request for help me.. Please

    I was took a loan and repaid the amount. After repaying the amount when i was applying for loan again that time they took my money from my account without my permission.

      Dear sir
      I have take short term loan from kreditbee on 25 july. After I have try to repayment on 8th August but kreditbee app not accepted the payment.than I have send mail to kreditbee.after that send me account detail from kreditbee side.after that I have repayment of 1522 on 9th August through netbanking and transaction I'd S17801102#1 mail to kreditbee but payment is not updated on kreditbee app and amount is increase day by day.Many time I have call to customer care but payment is not updated.many time I have mail to kreditbee many time but nobody reply me.last 7 days I doing continue call to customer care but they same repeat wait plz wait.So plz look at this matter.Its harassing me.

      I have paid my loan with my upi transaction I entered upi pin later that amount got debited n transaction came has error...but amount taken from bank. So kindly took to this problem n return my amount as soon as possible to my account... my upi transaction Id is[protected]

        Hi I Took Short Time Loan On Kredit bee,

        i paid a my first loan on right time. again i applied for second time when i applied its took all documents and updated amount will credit in bank asap.

        but the thing is hear i applied 13days back loan period is 15days in Loan App its showing like you have to reapyments in 3days but i didnt get any amount from them still now i tried to reach help desk near to 5or 6 times updated by email also with screen shorts but still not yet no one responded on this please can you have a look on this need full to me.

        My loan amount is 3000
        I repayment that time 2 times fail and money got deducted from my account but it is not showing in system why ? And deducted amount is 6152 how to get my money return
