I have taken 10000 from kreditbee i have 6000 now some financial problems i didn't pay from last 3 months.. Agents are harising me and calling to my contact list using bad words.. I lost my job now so i didn't repay.. I need some time to repay.. Plz help me

Can you please stop calling me for loans. I dont want any loans. I have not registered any account with your company. From where you got my number. Please stop calling me or i am going to file an FIR against you for mental harassment.

Hello All, i want to lodge a complaint on Kreditbee. I am receiving multiple calls regarding loans . I have never registered to this company site. This guys are irritating by calling me from multiple numbers day and night without consumers concern

I am writing to file a formal complaint against an individual who claimed to be calling on behalf of KreditBee loan company. The call took place today, and I received it from the phone number +91 [protected]. Unfortunately, I do not have the caller's name, but I wish to bring to your attention the highly inappropriate and offensive conduct of this individual during the call.

During the conversation, the person who identified themselves as a representative of KreditBee used extremely offensive and vulgar language. Moreover, they made derogatory remarks and threats directed at me and, disturbingly, towards my mother. This behavior is completely unprofessional, unacceptable, and constitutes a violation of ethical and legal standards.

I request a thorough investigation into this matter to identify the individual responsible for the call and to take appropriate action against both the individual and the KreditBee loan company if it is confirmed that they were involved in this incident.

While I do not have a recording of the call, I am willing to provide any additional information or details that may assist in the investigation. I am also willing to cooperate fully with any authorities involved in this matter.

I believe that such behavior by a representative of any company is reprehensible and must not go unaddressed. I trust that you will treat this matter with the seriousness it deserves and take prompt action to address it.

I look forward to your prompt response and resolution of this issue.

I have made the full payment on 31st October 2023 but still the payment not reflected in the app/ not got the refund amount.

Even I have called helpdesk they didn't give me proper response.

Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.

From 31st Oct I am following up with them no one has replied properly.

Kreditbee is sending me excessive messages related to load approval but i don't want anykind of load and there is no option to off this.
Please resolve it

I don't want any of your calls or messages please stop it's so annoying I work in an office and they just never stop. please don't contact me any further

I have took a loan from kreditbee only 5 months duration, i have few successful emi and not paid my one emi due to medical emergency.i am getting multiple calls from kreditbee and asking to pay full amount on the same day now my they started to call to my refrences and threatened them. It's not an good way of getting money...please stop this bad habit and give some time to settle all payment.

I took a loan of 81000 and i paid 7 emis before time of 7700. All before time I missed just one emi as due to medical emergency at home please allow me some time i intend to pay the emis and close the loan.

I m not in my town due to medical emergency as one of my family member will pass away soon.

Please dont spam with calls.

I will pay the due loans on time soon with the late payment fee.

I reached out a few months ago via email requesting the deletion of my account (which I've never actually used). Your response indicated that my account had been deactivated (but not deleted), and my number was placed on the "Do Not Disturb" list. However, I've started receiving calls again from last month. This feels like continuous harassment.

I would like to make it clear that I do not wish to receive any further communication via my phone number [protected], email, or messages.

I kept my number in DND due to these customer calls but still I am receiving these calls 6 to 10 times in a day. Even I block one number they call me again with alternate number.
Can anyone look into this ASAP so that I don't receive calls from your Kreditbee

Please donot call or send texts regarding loan. Please remove my number from your database. This is really annoying

I don't remember when i had subscribe, But daily i am receiving Calls and SMS from KreditBee for Loan, I don't want loan why you are frustrating me.

I have never even reached out to kreditbee on app or website for any loan requirement. They call me daily with automated calls and I get a call from new number after blocking also. They will keep calling you till you pick up or block.

I contacted kreditBee regarding the account deactivation and they replied with "your profile details did not fulfill the upgraded set system parameters and it is on hold". I asked for an explanation regarding it as I've paid my dues and its been more than a month since I've used the app. KreditBee hasn't replied nor have they deactivated the account.
I've been getting random calls from KreditBee regarding loans. They have been harassing me even after I told them to not call me regarding any loan.

This is regarding harassment calls from Kreditbee someone unknown has taken loan from kreditbee has failed to repay it. He has given my reference no and kreditbee keep calling me. I would like to bring to your notice did kreditbee do a background check or call me before giving a loan to him. Today I got a call from this no [protected] he didn't tell he is from Kreditbee he is speaking in kannada asking if I know the person who had taken loan from Kreditbee kept asking. I am receiving call continuously since 2-3 months and harassing me simply. Today also i received call from Manjunath claiming to be from Police departments - his name is Manjunath PC. I will be forced to file a case against Kreditbee stating to be harassment and torture calls from Kreditbee
