Hello,
I have tried to book bus ticket from Guntur to Bangalore using www.KSRTC.in online booking as guest user with my mail id "[protected]@gmail.com" journey date as 19th January 2015.
After seat selection and payment also went fine, amount got deducted from my account but didn't get the booking confirmation. Instead from payment gateway page it came to home page.
Here are the details for my transaction:
OB No: OB[protected] Journey date: 19/01/2015 -- Origin: Guntur -- Destination: BENGALURU -- Booked On: 22/12/2014 -- Fare:1942 Rs/- -- Mobile No: [protected].
I have tried to contact your customer care[protected] so many time but unable to reach.. atlast once it got connected and your representative kept me on hold for some time to check the details & after some time he said server is down and he said that he will get in touch with me after some time taken my contact number as well. But there is no response back. Still waiting for the call.
I guess there is lot of server issue on your online portal whatever link we click it is redirecting to home page only.
Once it allow to book tickets & some time it says booking not allowed for the journey beyond 14th January 2015.
Please check this and let me know the status.
