        Hi, I have booked 1 ticket from Bangalore to Nellore on 23rd and 4 tickets from Bangalore to Nellore on 25th and 1 ticket from Nellore to Bangalore But I dint get any mail or message regarding it. I called ksrtc and told them regarding this. They said transaction is failed and they gave me the following OB numbers. OB numbers are OB14083973 and OB14084224 Please refund my money. Thank you .

          KSRTC booking reference number OB14187006 and OB14187518. Even i can provide you the extract copy of bank reference details for which amount was debited. The bank transaction reference number is [protected]. I did not get any confirmation of the ticket being booked but Rs.568 was debited from my account. Kindly refund me the amount of Rs.568 as quickly as possible. Your quick response and refund will be much appreciated.

              Dear Sir, Today (24.12.2014) I boarded a KSRTC Bus at PunjaiPuliampatti around 8.25 p.m. to go to Coimbatore. I told the conductor that I have to go to Saravanampatti. After a few passengers getting down from the bus, I boarded along with another passenger. The conductor asked me to give Rs.38/- I told him that it is only Rs.26 or Rs.27 the actual fare and also I am a regular traveller. He did not accept my words. He showed me the ticket amount of Rs.38/- from the machine and demanded me Rs.30/-. I paid the money and asked for the ticket. He told that the reserved ticket of 4 passengers is handed over to the another passenger and I can travel on that ticket. I did not accept. Then he handed over the same ticket from the copassenger and asked me to keep. Again I argued with him that I should have been told at the time of boarding this PunjaiPuliampatti is not the stage to board. He is not accepting and asked me to get down the bus. I accepted his word and demanded for the refund. He gave me Rs.20/- keeping Rs.10/- for travelling some distance and asked me to get down. I demanded Rs.30/-. After some debate he refunded me Rs.30/- and I got down at a place where from both sides of nearly 1 km there is no bus stop. He scolded me after getting down. This is my bitter experience with Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation. I request the Corporation to take this note for posting a conductor who works for Corporation and do not pocket money in this way without issuing ticket.                 Dear sir, As above subject the bus no KA06F948 Bangalore to B pura at 7pm 24th dec 2014, I was requested stop the bus as was traveling to my hometown MAYASANDRA for urgent work, but the driver couldn't stop and he was keep moving further as there is some trafic but ticket conductor didn't open the door and I was keep runing for almost half KM but no luck he left me, then I took BMTC to next stop and catch the BUS but that was not good, But that is bus stop he should stop and more over i am young I can run but just imagine about old person While I was runing some thing would have happens who was responsible for that It look like small issue but it's not good it was his duty to stop

                  I have tried to book a ticket for two on KSRTC for AIRAVAT service from Nellore to Bangalore on December 10th, 2014. After the bank transaction, ticket booking was failed and money deducted from the account. Transaction ref no is as follows: KSRTC Online Transaction Reference No.:OB14004969 Ticket fare deducted : Rs.1845/- I have tried all the following phone numbers: [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] But still i didn't get any help. And also it is not showing the transaction on transaction history page (which was shown on transaction date I think they are looting people in this manner as I found lot of complaints on this KSRTC ticket booking issue.                       I have booked return ticket Trissur - bangalore - trissur on 13/01/15 through ksrtc.in website. During the booking money from my account deducted but the ticket was not issued. I requested for refund through e mail, but there was no reply or refund. after 14 days they replied me like this Respected Sir/Madam, We have received your mail and necessary action will be taken accordingly after due verification.                               i tried to book a ticket on ksrtc from manipal to bellary on 5/9/2014

                              Hi, I was booked the ticket on 26th Nov 2014 from Chennai to Bangalore. The total Amount is 900. But the transaction has failed and amount has been debited from my account. More than a month i am waiting for the refund, but the amount is not refunded. I am waiting for long time. But no update from them. This is the worst service i am facing in my life, Even many of the online booking websites refund has been processed maximum 15 days, but still nothing happened. My booking id is: OB13848414.

                              Conductor not issuing change

                              Bus Number KA 50 F -07 route number 248AB conductor is not issuing change to anybody. He is behaving rudely with passengers especially Ladies. Please take action against him.
