[Resolved]  KSRTC — Toilet personnel demanding Money

The people here are demanding still money... In both washroom... Their attitude are too bad. This is diappointing... Authorities are not taking necessary action... This activity is same as thefting... Authorities please take action as soon as possible

Why are people demanding money more than what is mentioned at Kempegowda Majestic bus stand. For urinals which is free they charge 3 rs and 8 rs. For laterine. The saome was done at platform 14 bus stand toilet.

The public toilets in Kempegowda bus stand charge more than what is mentioned. For urinals they charge Rs.3 and for laterine Rs.8. please ensure people are not looted here as I always believed Bengaluru to be true to its values. I would be putting this on social media as well if no relevant action taken.

I went to the public toilet of Ferozepur Bus Stand where a man sitting outside demanding 5Rs for urinal and latiren. my mom also went to the bathroom and man said first give 5Rs then go.. where I had done the urinal and he didn't ask any rupee from me but when I gone to the man and give him 10Rs and said give my 5Rs back and then he said that that your 5Rs and your mom 5Rs means 10Rs.I said you didn't ask my rupees when I was going to the bus and he said that my attention was anywhere else and you just gone so I didn't ask
Although I give him 10Rs.But, you have to take an action on him that can be helpful to others.

Dear sir, It was a uncomfortable situation faced in Bangalore satellite Bus station on 13.April.2023 night .When i went to the Public Toilet in the Mysore Road satellite Bus stand after arriving from mysore, The Toilet Maintenance Personnel sitting out side demanding 5 Rs for Urinal and Latrine, While it has been clearly mention that Urinals are Free.When asked they simply say we need to clean the Toilets so u must pay or get out, when i said that i will complain, they are showing deaf ears and saying do what ever you can. I came From mysore to Bangalore on 13.04.2023.The Toilet personnel that caused trouble is the Toilet that is near the entrance to the depot of KSRTC. I kindly request to take action soon .

Mysore busstand - all the toilets outside written words are "urinal free", but they are asking money, if we are not ready to give money then they are using some vulgar words, especially the entrance of the busstand toilet counter. Note: they erased some numbers in the written complaint phone number on the wall.
