i booked a bus ticket from Bangalore to Chennai few days ago and the transaction was completed but no ticket was confirmed. On submitting complaint refund was supposed to be processed. but still its been 3 weeks and no refund is provided. My reference number is OB15939947.

    Vehicle coming from sringeri to Bangalore at 10 pm depart the conductor doesn't have a consen about the problem I have asked twice and he didn't respond attal and the bus fare is 590 this is not a small amount and this to telling the volva iravatha

      Bus number 8 from Kalyannagar to Madivala are very few. There are no frequent buses. Request to increase the numbers. At least every half an hour or 20 mins we need to have bus. At times there will be no buses for 1 and half our and there will be 2 to 3 buses at the same time. Timings should be followed properly. Please do the needful as it is very difficult for working mothers to manage.

            Hi, To cancel KSRTC ticket I had called up customer care number[protected] multiple times, but no one picked up the call. I could not able to travel, because I met with an accident. When I got message from KSRTC about the drivers number they had told that its too late to cancel the ticket. Now I lost my money. I request KSRTC to refund my about. My PNR number is J50817597. My name is Mithu Kurian and Travel date was 05/06/2015. Website was also not functional during that time.

            Sir, All e-tickets have to be cancelled through user log-in only. Cancellations are allowed prior to 2 hours before departure. If ticket cannot be cancelled, cancellation request will be registered through user log-in before two hrs of the departure. Email requests for cancellation are not considered.               Dear Concern, My self Paneendra my KSRTC id is [protected]@gmail.com, I have booked a ticket from Bangalore to Sindhnoor on 28/05/2015 and journey date is also same that is 28/05/2015 for my sister . While booking I have selected single ladies option and booked the ticket as instructed by KSRTC call center and they confirm that the seat will not be allocated to Gents. But at the time of boarding the Crew(conductor) was arguing with us that the next seat was allocated to gents and that was through online but when i call to call center they told it is crew(conductor) as only allocated it. Following things I have noted is 1) He was trying to send my sister to last empty seat and he was not agreeing that it was his mistake that he allocated to some gents. 2) He was not on time pick up time was at 22.05 but bus came at 23.10. 3) He has 000000 respect to ladies and no helping nature. 4) He was trying to blame me for booking double seat for ladies Please let us know how do we trust KSRTC for ladies safety as we have cancelled our journey and went in Private travels. I am not asking for Refund I am asking for action on that stupid crew(conductor)

                Dear Sir, I am a frequent traveler in KSRTC bus. From Bangalore to pondicherry at least 3times a month. But, yesterday incident made me feel so bad and pushed me into frustrating level. I Booked the ticket 31/05/2015 from Pondicherry to bangalore. But i requested the the conductor, by phone no. which came in SMS, that i will get board at Tindivanam. I used to do that many times. But, this time the way the crew responded me ridiculous. They were started abusing me very badly over the phone and disconnected. After several call he picked up my phone and continuing the same language. Finally they picked up me from Tindivanam and again Driver and conductor were yelling at me in front of other passengers. They have no rights to do that to the passengers. And they were saying go and complaint were ever you want to. Both were consuming Alcohol during driving. I couldn't able to identified their names, because driver and conductor were not weird their name batches. And Driver was not in his uniform was wearing casual dress. Passengers are not a slave to them. whatever they say we have to take it. This is huge concern. This needs to be addressed immediately. Hope management will take an action against Driver and conductors.

                  Hi, I've left my bag in Udupi-Bilagi night bus which I've catch in Udupi on 30/04/2015. Forgot to take my bag when I was getting down in Sirsi. Conductor of that bus has returned that bag to Depo Manager. But depo manager is not ready to give even after my friend from that place has requested many times. He is asking me to come to that place. I am not sure whether he can give it to me after I travel from udupi to Bilagi after I travel around 500km and wasting my another 3000 rs to travel there. Depo Manager Number - [protected] Please ask the Depo manager to return the bag. I am ready to provide Address proof. I've attached the ticket scanned copy, but as it is a one month back ticket, ticket is partially faded away, we can see travel charge and last some letters of ticket number

                    KSRTC BUS Route- Doddaballapur to Cauvery Bhavan (Mysore Bank Bangalore) Bus No - KA 17F- 1134 Date - 31-May-2015 When any bus reaches doddaballapur bus-stand they generally wait till the bus gets filled by passengers but this bus waited only for 1 minute, 3 passengers go into bus and another 3-4 on the way, i was sitting just behind the bus driver and i was listening to the conversation that they were(Driver and Conductor) discussing to stop bus near yelahanka and take a turn back to route/depot as there are only 4-5 people, I agree only few people in the bus, reason they did not wait in the bus-stand for passengers . When yelahanka (Kogilu Cross) reached they stopped the bus and asked us to get into some other bus which was going to Majestic, We took tickets to reach Mysore Bank, I Initially refused to climb the other bus (but i got into Majestic bus, because it was drizzling by that time). How irresponsible these people are, even though i know the reason, (because i heard their conversation ) i asked them why are they asking us to get down, they told some clutch problem, When i took a photo of the bus, driver asked me why are you taking photo i told i will lodge a complaint, as driver was afraid he told conductor to go and complete the trip, conductor was not at all ready to go as he wanted to go back. When i asked other bus conductor why do they do like this, She also told its a common problem with Doddaballapur route bus. I request you please educate them or take action against them and give passengers some peace of mind.

                        Booked ticket from Hyd to Bgl airvat club class .KSRTCq, Journey Date:30/05/2015, Trip Code:0638HYDBNG, Bus Number:KA-8432, Depot:BENGALURU -4, But provided low quality ordinary bus.It causes delay and health problems. Poor Ksrtc.They would have canceled this service instead vos this is not new for ksrtc.

                          KSRTC Bus No. KA 40 F 107 driven by a person didn't provide stop at the bus stop. We shouted at him to stop but he rashly took the vehicle and passed across the way. He has done the same bull multiple times. By the way the stop name is "doddamarayana doddi". We hardly get 1 bus for 3 hours, that too on that day i observed many of the other buses also pass by the same route(RAMNAGAR to MAGADI) they put boards RAMNAGAR to AJNALLI which is another village around 7 km from our stop. We 4 people waited on 23rd may 2015 from 10am to 4pm to board a bus without having breakfast, finally we got one bus at 4:00. It seems like the respective authority is sleeping on his table. If such kind of services are provided to farmers there is no doubt farmers all migrate to cities. - Farmer.

                            My Brother Mr.Sachin Shah have booked KSRTC ticket from Bijapur(vijayapura) to Hyderabad on 30th Jan '2015(date of journey: 8th Feb' 15) for which I have cancelled my ticket for which refund is still due. Please process refund as early as possible.If already processed, Please let me know the details of the transaction. I have written many communications to KSRTC on their Customer Grievance Redressal Cell and AWATAR since last two months. BUT THERE WAS NO PROPER ACTION TAKEN. My Refund on cancelled tickets is still due . Please process my refund as early as possible and give details of such refund.

                                I happened do travel in KSRTC Airacat Club Class from Bangalore to Chennai on 25/5/2015 Monday. (Tripcode : 1120BNGCHN Bus Number : KA-F9276 Depot : Bangalore) While it was the hottest day of the summer the bus started 20 mts late from Bangalore was running with the lowest airconditioning possible. The passangers with infants tagging along were really suffering. With the sultering heat outstide and all closed windows in the so called a/c bus which was full I literally could not breath properly and was suffering with breathlessness in the most part of the journey. While requesting the crew on this we were continuously informed that the a/c is working to the maximum effeciency. It was a terrible travel and I am fortunate to reach Chennai without a sun stroke or some other failure, I regret I would have atleast a booked a normal bus with open windows so that I could atleast breath properly.

                                      Hi KSRTC, !!! Excellent response/action by KSRTC. !!!I got my money credited to my account. Thank you very much for your swift action in resolving this.Note To Everyone :- Initially I was little scared after reading the complaints regarding the KSRTC. But I would say most of them are fake comments to spoil the name of KSRTC. As far as I'm concerned, KSRTC is very professional in resolving the issues faced by the customers, they resolved my issue within 3 working days which proves KSRTC is very committed and trust worthy.Once again thanks a lot KSRTC.!!Best Regards

                                      I have been facing this problem of following up with your customer care executives regarding the refund for a failed transaction of my trip (Complaint Number:778). They take my contact number and email address saying that their Manager will revert soon, but that never happens ! I am literally fed up of following up with Cust Care and I am exhausted now. Please arrange to refund the amount. This transaction was failed on 18th May 2015 (Journey Date 28th May 2015, from Pune to Hubli). The transaction failed but the amount of Rs. 787 got debited from my bank account. I have called all the numbers available on net, but in vain.
