BUS Route- Doddaballapur to Cauvery Bhavan (Mysore Bank Bangalore)

When any bus reaches doddaballapur bus-stand they generally wait till the bus gets filled by passengers but this bus waited only for 1 minute, 3 passengers go into bus and another 3-4 on the way, i was sitting just behind the bus driver and i was listening to the conversation that they were(Driver and Conductor) discussing to stop bus near yelahanka and take a turn back to route/depot as there are only 4-5 people, I agree only few people in the bus, reason they did not wait in the bus-stand for passengers
.
When yelahanka (Kogilu Cross) reached they stopped the bus and asked us to get into some other bus which was going to Majestic, We took tickets to reach Mysore Bank, I Initially refused to climb the other bus (but i got into Majestic bus, because it was drizzling by that time).
How irresponsible these people are, even though i know the reason, (because i heard their conversation ) i asked them why are they asking us to get down, they told some clutch problem, When i took a photo of the bus, driver asked me why are you taking photo i told i will lodge a complaint, as driver was afraid he told conductor to go and complete the trip, conductor was not at all ready to go as he wanted to go back.
When i asked other bus conductor why do they do like this, She also told its a common problem with Doddaballapur route bus.
I request you please educate them or take action against them and give passengers some peace of mind.
