My ktm has now been in the workshop for 6 weeks. Dealers are saying they are waiting for a gasket from ktm!! Gearbox failed after only 600 miles. How can it take so long to repair a gearbox on a brand new bike? I’m really getting frustrated with ktm. Originally i was told it would take about a week to repair. I’m getting to the point where i’m thinking of swapping it for a yamaha for reliability. I use my bike to commute to and throw work and that was the reason i chose ktm. Unfortunately it’s been the worst experience ever. Why couldn’t ktm just send a new gearbox? Totally unexceptable!!! Was this information helpful? | |

When I came to change my chain & chain sprocket the rare wheel brake is properly working . But when the work done is & they call me for pick up of my bike the said that the rare wheel caliper of break is broken . So please take action for that disgusting action of KTM KOLHAPUR . And please take a reaction about the showroom as soon as possible .
