[Resolved] KTM — servicing issue | |||
Dear authority Previously also i have complained about servicing issue at malda ktm @ planetwheels bajaj. Malda ktm showroom never keep parts of ktm. But after complaining once also they have not changed there attitude. On 8th april i gave my bike for engine repairing. But till date they are unable to make the parts available. They are complaining about transport. My bike is kept useless at service center. So if a bike is unused for 1 month and some other usses arise then who will take responsibility? The showroom should keep parts available atleast 1 each. But they are not maintaining the availability. Please look into the matter. Was this information helpful? | |||
