KTM Sportmotorcycle — no response from any service center in hyderabad

Few months back, my rc 200 rear mono shock absorber was oil leaked and contacted service station in kukatpally hyderabad for replacement with new one, he said there is no availability we will order it and get it fixed in 7 days, i have contacted then again after 7 days but no response contacted hi-tech city no response after 7 days, contacted banjara hills same no response after 7 days. And no other service station number is connecting to speak with and ask about the same. Can i get a resolution for this?

Very bad experience
Unable to repair an accidental bike.
Leave some parts unfixed, like handle, chasis etc.

They have unskilled workers for servicing.

Better to buy Yamaha bikes.

I have a duke 200 bike and i have purchased it in 2018 july. In patna showroom everywhere the parts are showing available in their system but when visiting the service centre they are saying they don’t have parts.
