I booked i20 June 20th and paid half amount and today is the delivery date I took a personal loan and went to Anna nagar branch and asked manager (SASI KUMAR) where is the car, he said the car is stolen please wait 3 or 6 month but the car parked inside of the building only, and I said I'm going to raise a compliant, he said do whatever you want. I waited full day infront of the office. Again I ask very politely to the manager pls give the car I took a personal loan, he said that's non of my business car is not here I can't do anything.
