[Resolved] Kun Hyundai Chennai — RATTLING CAR AFTER 1st SERVICE | |
My i10 Hyundai had gone for its 1500 km first service. A door came back rattling, my pioneer speakers were removed and not replaced correctly, screws were missing ..... I know the labourers working in the service stations cannot afford new cars, but for goodness sakes do not take your social economic class frustration on my car!!!! I am waiting for the next service to take the pants of the guys and girls who answers the telephone!! What KUN-t Hyundai - you guys don't know anything about cars, customer service and trust. A bunch of money-making crooks and un-professional tarts!!! Please take care of cars as these are bought with hard-earned money and some have the privilege to buy cars!! Respect that!! Hi,
Yesterday i have given my car (i20 active) for 1st servicing. They have handed over the vehicle to me at 8:00pm.
Today morning i have found a crack on main glass, immediately i have called KUN service provider and informed him.
They have told me that it will be claimed under warranty but process willl take two to three days.
Iam at KUN ambattur now. Getting service from KUN is a SIN.

I think they are planning to close the business.. Or workers are not paid well so they don't work.
Hyundai.. If you want to save your brand name... Cancel the agreement with Kun.
