Dear Team,
Please be informed that we bought Kurlobond in 2021 January.
We are finding defects in the bed so after having discussion with customer service I went for a replacement option and after reviewing my documents it got approved.
For the new mattress, I have choosen Relish mattress with the dimension of 78*60*6+1 and additionally I have paid 13780rs.
On June 23rd delivery person came with the replacement but it was incorrect dimensions. Instead of 78*60*6+1, they came with the 78*60*6... +1 was missing in that bill copy as well price sticker so after having discussion with customer service I haven't accept the matters.
After all these incident, i spoken with customer service executive to know the status and it's been fourth time but still they are listening as a new query and telling the same dialogue each time that I'll register your complaint sir & our team will connect with you in 48hr but still nothing happened. Even there is no response for the email i sent.
It is really frustrated. I haven't get any acknowledgement yet and not sure whether I'll get it.
I must to know the answer for below
What action you guys taken????
When I'll get my order?
Whether I'll be getting the correct product?
Expecting the resolution at the earliest.
