I raised the complaint in april regarding the exchange of my mattress. Now it's september but still no replacement. The whole customer care department including the supervisors ashok and sridhar are hopeless and liars. They are thugs, rude, arrogant. They are from customer care department but the arrogance and the rudeness that they have their tone is unbelievable. They are promising me every week from so many months that i will receive the mattress next week but still i have not received. Initially they sent me a message but i did not accept the mattress as it was not the same that i have at home. But the delivery status was delivered for so many months even after me calling them every week to update the status. They are least bothered about customer complaints. They are "chors and unprofessional". Please take some action. I want justice for my money and time spent on these hopeless people. Was this information helpful? |
