Kurl-On — Bonnel spring mattress issue

I was purchase two spring mattress from JK Coir foam house on 25/08/14 and I saw that their springs was out within two year of purchase.I want to replace the mattresses or repair.We asked to the shop for replace in the mattresses, they said mail to company website.

A copy of bill is enclosed herewith for reference.
