Kurl-On — Both the mattresses are sagging- regarding.

I purchased two mattresses for Rs.7000/- on 19.03.2008 from M/S Luxmi Enterprises, SCO 58-59, Sector 45-C, Chandigarh vide invoice no. 976. Both the mattresses have sagged from the centre. Due to sagging these are not comfortable for sleeping.

It is, therefore, requested that the mattresses may be got repaired or replaced at the earliest. Both the mattresses are under 10 years guarantee.
