Dear sir
I am a defence officer and bought a pair of rubberisedcoir mattress apsara from canteen stores department on 13 jul 16. The size require was 72*36 and was given a size of 75*36. My bed size is of size 72*36. The mattress of 75 donnot fit on my bed. Canteen has the policy of not replacing or refunding the money. Customer care was called. A rep did visit and said the size would be cut by the dealer. But here the dealer is csd. The brand new mattress lying at home and with no disposal. I am sure the company can help me out. My only request is to pl help me in change of size. Csd wont do it and i am in lurch. Obviouusly an item worthrs 9316 is lying waste and idle. Kindly help my contact no [protected]
