I have made complain after long effort.kurlon customer care number was not reacheable after long effort.Problem has been shared to Guwahati curlon retail shop from where it has taken..He has informed me to register complain first after that he can do from his side. I have sent email also regarding my complaint on 25th July 2020.
Mattress was purchased & material was received on 25th June with Defective one.polythine or cover was found torn & spot was also found..it was communicated to Guwahati retail shop. Complete lockdown was announced in Guwahati from 28thjune20 to 15th July 20..he has denied to do anything right now due to lockdown.. lockdown has been relaxed from 16th july20.but shop should operate on alternative days & Saturday & Sunday was complete lockdown.. I was trying to register my complain but call was not connected till date..I have visited shop to discuss these things..He has denied to help. He has provided other complain number..I have shared everything regarding this through email..
Picture of received matress is attached & snapshot of conversation with Guwahati retail shop was also Attached.Delivered material was defective..I have made my best to acknowledge these things...
Complain was registered & I'd was given to me on 5th August 20.they have assured me resolve my complain..I got a message that shiva brahman(CDT) will be visiting soon & numbr was also provided. Nobody has visited & no information has been conveyed to me regarding my complain status..Laslty I called shiva brahman & asked him regarding his visit..he has informed me that due to corona pandemic visiting is restricted nowadays..your problem has been resolved withing 4 working day...
I got a message that "your replacement was not approved" .I got a call also..they have informed me that replacement is allowed within 14th days of delivery..
I would like to know that is this my fault.you have delivered me defective &torn material..I have informed your local bodies.I have conveyed properly to everybody..you have provided me invoice date 22.6.20 & delivered material on 25th .you have provided me invoice on 27th june20 on watsapp..This is unethical unprofessional way of dealing.
I have lots of work to do..I was not involved 24*7 with kurlon making my complain & status of that..customer used to choose product because of relationship & flexibility in system..
I was harrassed by kurlon...your unprofessional way of dealing
with customer was made my days worse..today is Sunday ..I got littile time to convey all these..I was wondering from last 1 month for lodging complain & resolving this..
This is very weird to mention these things..The way you people have responded, it was disgusting unethical & unprofessional.
I have attached here defective material received photo, conversation after receiving, complain everything...
