I had registered a complain (Complain id 2809590) on 15th july, for which technician visited on 16th july. They never came back, and for 1 month, they kept saying the status is open and they will come back. Finally after multiple followups and after a month on 19th aug, they said it was closed on 16th july itself and will not be replaced.
1st. Technician took flawed measurement to which i objected, coz he sat on the sides and got a measurement of 1.2, which as per kurlon norms should be 1.5 sagged. When asked to take correct reading, he said he's from another vendor and thats the direction given to them and all convenio mattress face this problem.
2nd. Pathetic customer service, no tat and response.
3rd. The call center supervisor kept arguing that the process has no tat and they are not wrong and info given to me, was never given for which i kept following up for a month.in last week call, the call center guy told me that there is a problem with this mattress and it will be replaced, which as per them was never shared. When asked to go back to recordings, they didnt say any thing.
4th. On asking them to reopen the complain they said they wont. Was this information helpful? |
