Kurl-On — Complaint is not solved till now....... | |||||
I have complaint for my Kurlon mattress about 70 days ago (in jan 2017), kurlon person came and inspected in the month of Jan 2017. But after that no progress in this complaint. I have contact several time to customer care, they replied "we will forward the problem to concern department and we will contact you soon " . very very bad service from kurlon. I am not happy with kurlon champion mattress. we have a sleepless night due to back pain since this mattress is taken (since one month back).
