As above the complaint number given i have raised a issue of quality defect for the purchased item .

1st i have purchased in april bounded foam matters was good
2nd i have purchased in june bounded foam matters is total soft compared to my first purchase am getting back pain for the same i have complaint 2nd days its self but still the problem is not resolved i need exchange as am not using it.
