Kurl-On — Compression in " cloud" mattress

I had purchased on 10/09/2015 with 15 years replacement guarantee. There are compression now. It was replaced once 8 months only for same reason. That time it was replaced with wrong size by dealer. That has given problem of back pain to my wife. I had complained via mail 4 months back but no response .
Please give refund for such poor quality.
