Kurl-on — kurlon relish spring mattress

Post complaint engineer came for inspection and said this is eligible for replacement however they have now closed the case mentioning it as stitching issue. Stitching is also poor but that's not the main problem i have clarified and accepted by the inspection guy. I called customer care they are not responding properly... My mobile number [protected]

I ashish want to complain that I bought kurlon mattress 4 months back. But this mattress lost its elasticity that is it lost its ability to come back to its nomal level & it is still under warranty period.so I want that it should be replaced as soon as possible.
