Kurl-On — False promises by your dealer & no bill/ receipt provided

Hi,

I purchased Kurlon mattress 'Desire Top' of size 75" X 72" X 6" from Cauvery Furniture showroom, Outer ring road, Dodda Banaswadi, Bangalore (@ Rs 22, 500 after 10% discount) and the item was delivered on 27 Aug 2016.
I have two complaints in this regard:
a) Kurlon dealer promised me with a three-year replacement warranty, where as the guarantee card shows only one-year replacement warranty. On contacting him he assured me to check with company and rectify. Till date nothing has happened and now he has stopped answering up my calls also (Mr Qasim: [protected]).
b) I am yet to receive the cash receipt.

Request help to resolve these two issues.
