Kurl-On — Faulty mattress and non responsive customer care

Dear Sumathi, It is almost a month now and repeated reminders, but still no satisfactory reply from your end... Half of the time you are on leave and the other staff at your office is absolutely callous and ignorant to respond. I want a reply today for my query or else give me your nodal officer's number so that the query can be escalated. I am mentioning upfront that for the poor quality mattresses sent by your company, my wife has suffered from a severe back problem for which she is undergoing treatment at Bethany hospital... If the query is not responded I will be forced to pull you all to a consumer court. It is absolutely unprofessional on part of a company like Kurlon to have such an unresponsive attitude. Don't buy Kurlon
The same response i am getting from Kurlon customer care. After so many repetitive calls and followup, there always use to say, will be sending technician to look mattress or send us invoice copy of mattress purchase. All the time i told them Technician was already visited and i send invoice to [protected]@kurlon.org. Today also the same conversation held with me. This is really frustrating. Can anyone look into the issue and help me out. My complaint number is TN-97331.
Hello All,
please note, Kurlon company has threatened me saying that without money they will not do the replacement. The product i purchased has 3 years warranty and i have raised the complaint with in the warranty period but still they are not ready to do the needful. I have got an approval from the Kurlon CRM team saying that the replacement has been approved but still they are not listening to the customer. Here i have attached the SMS that i have received.
Shame on you people. I am going to put the FIR copy against Kurlon for the same.
