I raised case for faulty matress with kurlon Complaint id 17265464.
From last 4 months they are keep on asking a new document evrytine.
I am really frustrated with their poor supoort and policy of irritating people.
They are not asking all documents in one go. Everything i send a new doc and call customer support thry reply now its done. And someone will connect to fix the issue.
But no one reaches out, when i connect back they again ask for something new.
