Dear Sir...As we have purchased Kurl on ortho mattress 2 no of /6'3''x3'x7'' size on 27/01/2023. we found some dip in the meddle of the mattress which is causing back pain. In such away we felt very much disappointed. We requesting you to exchange the materiel . And for the extra details we have attached pics and invoice for your refference. Regards...
