Hopeless services being received from kurl - on!
Never ever expected such a substandard services from a high standard claiming company.
We had purchased 3 of your superior quality mattresses worth of about rs. 2 lakhs. One mattress has sagged which on complaining to santacruz west distributor, after a long delay they deputed representative who was pretty rude and out rightly denied to understand or accept the complaint. It was shocking to know that your customer service staff can be so antagonistic.
Then later about 2 months ago i had visited your booth in hgh exhibition 2019 and had complaint to one mr. Rahul. He had assured that after exhibition he will personally have the complaint resolved but it just turned out a bluff talk as no one bothered to contact us or resolve the complaint.
Last week on tracing mr. Rahul’s no [protected]. I called him but he tried to dodge and avoid taking any responsibility or even helping to resolve the complaint.
Had i ever knew that kurl - on gives such pathetic substandard service then i would have never ever purchased mattresses from you. For my complaint i am escalating to the highest authority and test the ability and intentions of ‘kurl-on’. If my compliant is resolved by kurl - on in a positive manner then it can change my mindset and infuse the lost confidence for kurl - on.
