Kurl-On — I am complaining about Kurlon luxurino mattress

I have bought luxurino mattress from one of your dealers. From past approximately about 15-18 months the mattress has started tearing off and we were facing discomfort in sleeping as well. I have been trying to reach your customer service since February 2020 but did not get proper service. The agent I charged in our locality made undue and unnecessary excuses and almost after 10/11 months se messages me that he has left the company and asked me to stop messaging him.We have started having back pains now and the mattress has completely torn. Please revert with proper solution or replacement of the mattress.I am unable to upload the video which has already been sent to your customercare executive.
