I had purchased a kurlon angelica kingsize mattress from home shop in the month of march 2019. I started using the same from may 2019. As my interiors got ready in my home. By the start of august 2019, i started seeing a dip in the middle of each sleep area. The dipping has constantly increasing since then.
I first went to home shop where they informed to lodge a complaint at the toll free number of kurlon. After three days, i managed getting someone on line.
They took my complaint and sent one mr. Manjunath gowda to inspect the mattress.
He agreed that there is a dip and also was convinced that there is a defect.
Here is where he changed colours. He informs that only if the dipping is beyond 1.5, they will replace the mattress.
The mattress is linked directly to our backbone, reason that we chose a mattress that costed rs. 39.000. It means to say, we continuosly sleep on this defective product till it meets the manufacturer's replacement norms.
In that case, who will replace our spine after it gets damaged by reaching the manufacturer's norms..??
I am raising this complaint and also will take all necessary action to get the value of my money.
Will send all details to the health board, the consumer forum and bring all public awareness.
Selling such under rated products and cheating people of their money is a crime.
Please look into the matter seriousely and make sure i get a replacement of the mattress, which assures me of the value of money and safety of my spine.
