Kurl-On — Issues with foam mattress

I have given compliant[protected] that mattress is making pits at the locations where the body weight is more touching the wood at the bottom. We are stuck in the pit unable to make any movements during our sleep which is disturbing us. We are also getting body pains because of this. Our mattress was replaced with the same issue around 5-6 months back. And now again the issue is same. The foam is neither soft nor hard making it hard to move as we are stuck in the pits created by the mattress. And also, since we have faced issues with two foam mattress, we have registered a complaint with customer care to replace it with coir. I was ok to pay the difference amount. But the guy who visited our location said the foam mattress behaviour is that only and there is no fault with the mattress. But he said he would report about the comfort of the mattress and would check about the replacement to coir. But after about 15 days, when we called customer care, to our surprise they said the replacement is rejected as the issue is related to body pains and body pains is not covered under warranty. This is obsolete non sense. I would request kurlon to look into it and resolve the issue.
