I am writing today to complain of the poor service i received from your company. I had purchased your product kurl-on mattress fombed 78x72 4.5inch from your dealer laxmi plywood (Noida up) on date 11/09/2017 in rs.12, 000 + [protected]@14% + [protected]@14% total 15, 360/- with 5 years of guaranty. After using it just for an year mattress got sagged from one side. I logged official complaint (Complaint id: 763069) on 5th dec 2018. After some time one technician from the company visited our home and confirmed that mattress got pressed and require replacement, and we will initiate replacement for the same within 7 working days. 13 days passed, so i thought to inquire status on customer care. I got to know that my complaint got closed with reason “no quality issue in product”. Since then technician is not picking up my call. I am most annoyed that i wasted so much of money and time : ( Was this information helpful? | |||
