I had purchased a KurlOn mattress in October 2012. Logged a complaint of sagging in the mattress long back in December 2014. The technician visited and confirmed that there is an issue and that he would issue a rebate letter immediately. It has been 5+ months now, and I have not got this letter yet. I have been following up on this complaint every week and sometimes twice a week ever since. And KurlOn has been so pathetic in their customer service that they have not been able to get this resolved even after so many months! Even the repeated mails i have sent to their customer care have gone unseen/with no response from them. I am out of options now and am unsure of how to proceed - I want a replacement mattress ASAP!
