Kurl-On — kurlon mattress is sagging

I did a complaint on 19-sep-2017 about mattress sagging, technician is visited very next day and told that it is to be replaced. No status after that. When i called on 25-sep-2017, reply was we are looking into it, come back within 5 workingdays. The same answer is today when i called. They also denied to share mailid's for escalations.
