I made this complaint (Complain number: 1823628) more than 8 months back now but still I have not got any action/response from KurlOn team. What a surprising situation especially from a brand like you/kurlon? This is very unlike you. I hope you are able to act on this or else request you to connect me with your senior management.
Sometime back I got a SMS that there is no progress on this complaint because of the missing documents. I had shared those already long back on the provided whats app number ([protected]). I also sent that as attachment in the mail as well n 23.01.2021 still no action.
