Hi,
I made this complaint (Complain number: 1823628) more than 8 months back now but still I have not got any action/response from KurlOn team. What a surprising situation especially from a brand like you/kurlon? This is very unlike you. I hope you are able to act on this or else request you to connect me with your senior management.
Sometime back I got a SMS that there is no progress on this complaint because of the missing documents. I had shared those already long back on the provided whats app number ([protected]). I also sent that as attachment in the mail as well n 23.01.2021 still no action.

I got an update via SMS (from VM-ACTIVE) regarding my complaint (Complain number: 1823628) that "Replacement not Approved" with Reason as "MRP Label missing).
I have shared Bill invoice with MRP along with other documents (invoice/bill copy, manufacturing label and warranty card label on the product) again on the provided whats app number ([protected]). Also have sent all the documents now on [protected]@kurlon.com. Attaching the invoice/bill with MRP details here as well. Request for a speedy resolution to this complain. Thanks.
