Kurl-On — Kurlon Mattress Sagging and complaint Number TN78837

I have complaint (TN78837) for a mattress that there is a sagging and its under warranty. One technical executive (Suresh from Hyderabad) came for the inspection also and gave us the receipt, called many time to him all the time he lies, he is not at all professional and 3 are months over . alternatively I have called Kurl customer care 4 times but they said that they have forwarded my details to Zonal officer and I will get a call from him but nothing happened. Worst service of the mattresses Thanks Surender
