I had purchased a kurlon sofa from Flipkart. I got the product delivered during November lockdown 2020 and it came in defective and damaged condition. Since November 2020 i am following up with Flipkart and Kurlon both wasted my time till 1 year and after that said now that your warranty is over we cannot help you... Both Flipkart and Kurlon are scammers and avoid them at all cost. Kurlon gives warranty only on papers and when you contact them to take the warranty for the same they move u in circles. Send photo, send video, we dont do physical inspection, we only see videos... What a nonsense company and no one to take the responsibility. They don't have a functional authority to take any decision. Only 2 munim jis are sitting taking call and they tell you over the phone we cannot help u with this. Give them any problem their recation is this only. Useless brand and horrible service. Another robber is Flipkart who knows only how to fleece you. If you inform Flipkart that you have received damage product they tell you to contact brand and brand tells you contact Flipkart. They will make you a ping pong ball and finally you will leave your chase and give up. So save your money and avoid KURLON (Kasht-on)AND Fli(O)pkart AND ALL COST.
