Kurl-On — Longer time and irresponsible customer support for replacement of Kurlon mattress | |
Bought Kurlon mattress 4 yrs back which had 5 yrs guarantee. Mattress started sagging within 3 yrs resulting in back ache due to irregular surface and raised a complaint. Kurlon asked me to pay extra amount for additional thickness of mattress as 5 inch was not available. I made the payment and it’s been more than 5 months now, still replacement is not provided. Customer support doesn’t respond, no status update, no resolution time. It’s one of the worst customer service I have ever seen. They promised to provide replacement within 7 days of payment but it’s been more than 5 months and no one providing any update. They don’t respond to mail, calls won’t connect most of the times, even if it connects executive disconnect as soon as status and resolution time is asked. Very irresponsible behaviour from Kurlon and taking longer time to provide replacement even after paying additional amount. Complaint number 1776249
