Hi, I had lodged a complaint [tn91754] on october 2015. Till now the replacement hasn't happened. Its 11 months now i have been following up with the customer care. They have the worst process of escalation. Every random customer care person that i talk to, salim, parveen, joshi hussain etc, are escalating the issue to higher level - thane branch manager for last two months & yet i get no call back, no resolution, & everytime i am told to call a week later. & after every week the status remains as it is & the promise is again repeated. I too have lodged complaint on 10/02/2016 complaint No. TN99062 and my matress was saggeg to 1.7 inches. I was surprised to read your complaint as I too facing the same problem as written by you. SAME PINCH...
