I had purchased two mattress kurlon klassic (Size 72 x 36 x 5) from hari om furnishings (Near kalewadi phata), pune.
The shopkeeper is your authorized dealer. He had shown me the sample mattress and confirmed that delivery will be done after procuring from their go-down.
However, when the mattress came ; one f them was klassic and other was super deluxe. On enquiry the shopkeeper is stating that the mattresses are correct but label is wrong. But even the fabric & design of both the mattress are different.
Initially he agreed to replace and asked to pay for transport charges from shop to my home. When i questioned for why transportation payment to be borne by me since it is not my fault he did not reply. Now the shopkeeper (You dealer) is not responding to replace the same.
